Edwin Valero speaks out as he has finalized preparations in Mexico, completing his final round of glove work and is set to defend the WBC 135 pound world championship against Antonio Demarco on 2-6-2010 live on Showtime Championship Boxing..

“Another week has passed of preparations in the city of Monterrey, state of Nuevo León, Mexico and I want to take this opportunity to appriciate the form inwich I have been treated by all these fine people”.

“My rival, for his part should of arrived this tuesday (2-2-10) from Tijuana where he supposedly has been concentrating and working”.

“Me for my part will come out and do mine and will realize a presentation: clean and triumphant, to permit me to continue looking for a grand showdown with Manny Pacquiao or any other fighter that offers a chance to confront them”.
