Valero Contract Demands a Pacquiao Fight!

Edwin Valero claims a future fight with popular fighter Manny Pacquiao is guaranteed as part of his deal to sign a promotional contract with Top Rank.  – “it was one of the conditions i gave my manager Jose Castillo for me to sign with Bob Arum(Top Rank)”. “This is something that has NOT been revealed to the Press because the fight is not mandatory in case Pacquiao walks away”. “But thats the only way to avoid the fight is if he leaves boxing, so i am relaxed working to build my name for my opportunity”. “For now I imagine they want the winner of Floyd Mayweather Jr. and Juan Manuel Marquez, but none of those fighters have the power to surpass his defence, I would be able to offer a much better fight than the one Hatton did, and I would have no problem moving up in weight to fight him!”………..

Eres un gran peleador. Ritmo, buena quijada, un rapido quebre, un ponche devestador, y un contra golpe que a veses no se ve venir. Creo que ya es tiempo de se de a luz la quijada de Manny reamente es de mantequilla. Marquez ha demonstrado que esto es verdad. Lo unico es de que Marquez no tiene el peque que tu tienes, aunque el es un buenisimo technico. Yo veo muy claro on nocout violento y peligroso en los ultimos rounds en una pelea contra Pacquiao. Valero has a tremendous power but lack of skills and experience.The only way for him to come unto stardom is to fight much popular and quality boxers.I think this fight will not happen,maybe in his dreams or somehow outside the ring.

Valero, I’m a big fan. I like the way you knock people out. However, the fight with Pacquiao is too far-fetched. I can’t stress that enough for you, with all due respect I know you’re good it’s just that PacMan is way better. Please think about it a lot, another dead boxer is not a good boxer.

Would love to see Valero – Pacquiao! Pacquiao is explosive, but basic. He’s a whirlwind puncher, but throws the same combinations each fight. I would love to see Pacquiao’s reaction after getting hit in the stomach with a straight left from Valero!

Try to challenge fighters who are chasing Pacquiao like Mosley, Cotto, Marquez and a bunch of undefeated American boxers then you will get the attention of the world and promoters. For now, they don’t think you are any better than any boxers behind Pacquiao. Be wise in climbing your ladder. Challenging Pacquiao will get you nowhere near him. You are not getting any younger and stronger. Plan wisely.

valero pacqiuao fight is a good one but i dont think valero can handle pacquiao’s fighting level, i respect his power and speed but with pacquiao experience with legendary boxers will difinitely prevail.

Edwin please have a fight with juan manuel marquez because he belittles you when your fight is offerred to him. He only wants top boxers with names like mayweather and pacquiao and hatton.
Do your best and tell your manager to do its best to get a fight with marquez. Prove to him that you can knock him down. His a counter puncher, defensive boxer and doesn’t get close to pacquiao because his afraid to fight toe to toe. Knock him down. Marquez is a braggart

i think pacqiauo will not choose to fight valero because the latter still needs to impose his p4p ranking before facing the p4p king and the funs will love to see pacquiao vs. mayweather or marquez rather than valero!

valero you are a explosive puncher but paquiao is way way ahead of you in terms of boxing just look in the difference of your resume and paquiaos,paquiao defeated a lot of quality boxers not just quality they are champions,and also you dont even have a fight against a quality boxer for me they are just a mere amatures im not belittleling you all i want to say is just think about it first.

Valero’s record is better than Pacs. Underfeated with 25 wins and 25KOS. That Impressive! Remember Valero is the WBC lighweight champion. Who in the world is Ricky Hatton- pathetic, Oscar Delahoya- a hasbeen, Cotto- overrated. No Im sorry, pacman has not met a fighter of Valeros class. Everyone is jumping the gun with pacman. Valerio you really are a great fighter, but it is not yet the time to fight pacman, I think you should beat Miguel Cotto first before manny, if you beat cotto I’m sure you are ready to face pacman, cause if you incist to fight him at this moment he “might” eat you alive (what I was saying is the possibility), and i’m an admirer I dont want you to lose you career that early, so fight and beat cotto first, or margarito. then when you knock either of them, for sure you will earn more respect and you chance to fight the pacman will at high percentage. you are the fighter i want to be the P4P after pacman. you dont have to fight pretty floyd Chicken Mayweather, he might bring another boxing rule when you said you want to fight him.
